NOTE: Please do not enter availability for more than 3 months in advance. 

How to enter your availability:

1. Click this magical little link

2. Select the date(s) you’re available.

3. A pop-up window will appear—enter your stage name as the event title.

4. Scroll down to the ‘Calendar’ section.

5. Click the ‘Select or type’ field.

6. Choose your category (cabaret, magic, etc.).

The Vaudeville Revue Cast Lineup will be emailed and sent on Messenger by Minnie by Thursday, before your show date. 

We understand that life, illness, and injury happen, and you may not be able to make your show date. Please let Minnie and Tammy know by email as soon as you can. If it is urgent, please call Tammy on 0408 313 180.

The show before every Vaudeville Revue (which starts at 8:30 pm) should end at least 30 minutes beforehand, so please aim to arrive at 8 pm or 30 minutes before your show's start time.

To be updated as a standardised structure in 2026. 

Until then, please invoice at the rate as instructed by Minnie in the booking confirmation. 

Please send your music and tech requirements to Vlad at sound@speakeasytheatre.com.au by the Thursday before your show.

Rates below are for 1 act/2 acts:

• Burlesque - $180/$270
• Magic - $180/$270
• Cabaret - $180/$270
• Sideshow - $230/$330
• Circus - $200/$300
• Hosting - $400 flat
• Interstate/Overseas - $230/$330

A booking confirmation form is coming soon.

Bookings are currently confirmed by email from Minnie.
