Yes! If a show hasn’t sold out online, we will have a small number of tickets available at the door. Just head to the Box Office when you arrive. Please note: we can’t reserve tickets over the phone or email; first in, best dressed.
Absolutely. Carers and companions are always welcome free of charge. Just contact us ahead of time so we can reserve a seat for you.
We understand that plans can change and try to be as flexible as possible. However, we don’t offer automatic refunds or refunds within 24 hours of a show’s start time.

Yes, we accept both card and cash at the bar and box office.
We recommend arriving around 30 minutes before showtime so you can grab a drink, find your seat, and settle in.
Some performances run for exactly an hour. The Vaudeville Revue (VR) can be a little more unpredictable; sometimes, our artists love to keep the magic going. Most VR shows finish by 10:30 pm.
Not officially, but Speakeasy nights are special. We suggest leaving the thongs at home and dressing up a little for the occasion.
You’re welcome to bring snacks with you, just be mindful of noisy packaging or strong smells. We serve popcorn at the bar and have a great range of drinks available.
Yes. We have a self-serve water station, or ask at the bar if you need a refill.
In most cases, yes. The MC or host will let you know if photography is restricted for a particular performance oe show. Don’t forget to tag us when you share the magic.
Sadly, no. Our venue is upstairs and accessed via two flights of stairs. We’re actively looking at ways to make our space more accessible in future.
The Vaudeville Revue is strictly 18+ due to adult themes and content.

There are several secure parking options within walking distance. We recommend checking Wilson Parking or Secure Parking for the closest locations.
